In celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of S&A Jewellery Design, we warmly invite you to a new temporary exhibition at the Amber Museum, running until May 20, 2024. Over a hundred jewelry pieces, crafted by several renowned designers, will narrate the contemporary history of Baltic amber in the context of the region, country, and the world.
The jubilee of S&A Jewellery Design provides an excellent opportunity to delve into the history of our most significant projects, showcasing changes in design trends and jewelry production over the past three decades. The exhibition will feature over 100 projects, many of which have received prestigious awards in national and international jewelry competitions.
The exhibition encompasses not only iconic projects, such as jewelry for Duchess Kate and Prince William, but also pieces that have adorned crowned heads and recognizable figures worldwide. A particular highlight is the amber-adorned Crown for Miss Polonia and modern works addressing current social issues, such as the “Sounds of Amber” pendant reflecting climate change.
Location of the Exhibition: Museum of Amber Gdańsk
Date: 15.12.2023 – 26.05.2024
The exhibition, open until May 26, 2024, will host a vernissage on December 14 at 5:00 PM. Admission is free.
