Dematerialisation of shares

As a result of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1798), all paper share certificates must be submitted to the Company by no later than 31 December 2020 so that they may be converted into electronic form. The validity of share certificates issued by the Company expires by operation of law on 1 March 2021.

The Company will call on the shareholders to submit their share certificates. Submission of share certificates to the Company will take place against a written acknowledgement of receipt issued to the shareholder.

Register of shareholders

• The register of shareholders is maintained by Dom Maklerski Navigator S.A. of Warsaw.
• The resolution on the selection of the entity authorised to maintain the register of shareholders was adopted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 23 June 2020.
